2023 - present

PhD at the Relational ML Lab, under the supervision of Dr. Rebekka Burkholz at the CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security in Saarbrücken, Germany, and enrolled at Universität des Saarlandes.

• NEW! - First-author paper accepted at NeurIPS’24: Spectral Graph Pruning Against Over-Squashing and Over-Smoothing. Also accepted at WiML workshop: GNNs Getting ComFy.
• NEW! - Speaker at Helmholtz AI Conference 2024: AI for Science (HAICON’24).
• IT at the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO): Slovenia’23, Georgia’24, Kosovo’25.

2022 - 2023

MSc in Advanced Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, United Kingdom, fully funded by a postgraduate fellowship from ”la Caixa” Foundation.

• Pre-print on arXiv based on MSc thesis: Rendering string diagrams recursively.
• Best Overall Performance Prize from the CIS Department at the University of Strathclyde.
• Awarding ceremony for ”la Caixa” fellowship presided by the Kings of Spain. Personal interviews from national newspapers El País, El Plural, and TV channel Telemadrid.
• Nova 111 Student List award —top 10 talents under 25 in the category of Computer Science in Spain.
• Teaching Assistant for CS310 Foundations of Artificial Intelligence.

2017 - 2022

Two Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science (BEng) and Mathematics (BSc) at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain.

• Attended 6th Aula de Verano Blas Cabrera at Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP) for graduates with the best BSc records in the country.
• Participated in ICPC Southwestern Europe Regional Contest (SWERC’22) in Italy.
• Deputy Leader of Spain at EGMO’22 in Hungary.
• Published sci-fi short story akesi li kama in the Sci·Fdi journal.
• Research internship at Instituto de Ciencias Matemáticas (ICMAT): Differential geometry methods in machine learning applications with David Martín de Diego. [Video]
